Prospective participants are invited to learn more and assess their fit for the Justice Innovation Prize.
Before submitting an application, participants must complete registration no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Applications will be accepted for several weeks after registration has closed. All applications are due no later than Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Over a period of several weeks, the Justice Innovation Prize team will review each submission to ensure it complies with application requirements and rules.
From Wednesday, May 31 to Tuesday, June 20, lead applicants will score and comment on five other applications using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).
Based on results of Peer Review, a subset of applications will move on to the Evaluation Panel, who will score and provide feedback on their assigned submissions using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).
Dream.Org will review the top-scoring submissions and may request additional information to select and announce up to five Finalists who will receive $50,000 each to refine their ideas and prepare their pitches.
The Justice Innovation Prize Pitch Competition at SOCAP23 on October 24, 2023 is free and open to the public. The Selection Committee will recommend three awardees to each receive a $250,000 Justice Innovation Prize.
